Furnace & AC Direct is open for you and will continue to meet the Heating and cooling needs of your home and business. The safety of our employees and customers is our first priority that is why we have adopted the following procedures to maintain a safe environment for our workers (including their families), our clients (including their families), and our community.

We are taking the following precautionary measures:

All of our employees are equipped with the following Personal Protective Equipment:
• Disposable Masks
• Disposable Gloves
• Disposable Shoe Covers
• High Quality Hand Sanitizers
• Heavy grade Paper Towels

We have implemented an extensive COVID-19 Strategy. Our employees are practicing social distancing and strictly avoiding Hand-shakes. Any employee showing symptoms of CORONAVIRUS, will not be working & will not return until cleared medically.

As far as your appointment is concerned, prior to each home visit, our technician will confirm that,
1. No one in your family is experiencing symptoms of Coronavirus, or has experienced symptoms within the past 48 hours.
2. If you or any of your relatives who just traveled and may have had direct contact with in the past two week (14 days).
3. If the general health situation of you and your family members is fine?

We do encourage those clients who are well and healthy and have no issue to avail a technician’s visit while the clients who are ill, our best wishes are with them and we will reschedule their appointments.

Home Owners are requested to cooperate with our technicians so that they will be better serve you safely.

While we are a home comfort heating and cooling service provider, not health care professionals but we continue to monitor the situations, further communications may be updated.
